They did not perform the work promised, did not complete their work, and DAMAGED my home, and never followed-through on their promise to complete the work and have the repairs made, costing me $670 in total! Avoid these scammers who say the right things, and them disappear. Social media buyers, don't even bother having them out, Groupon has banned them, and Living Social needs to. They will both refund your money, as they listed themselves as BBB Accredited, and they are NOT, and have an 'F' rating with them as well! I had never seen an 'F' rating with the BBB. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! It'll likely cost you more than you might fear.

I'm very surprised that as I write this review this firm has only one other (and very negative) rating. I have checked them on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau and they had dozens of bad reviews. In fact, it was the horrid experience with this firm that convinced me to join Angie's List so I don't repeat this type of mistake in the future. Avoid this firm at all costs: they will take your money and run and you will NOT be able to contact them. There are many good service firms out there; this is one of the "bad apples" that you do not want to experience.

Purchased 2 per household Window Cleaning Vouchers from Social Media Web Site. Clear View Window Cleaning & Professional Services never replied to e-mail or multiple calls to schedule an appointment for the purchased service. After complaining to Social Media, they connected me to the owner, who said he would not honor my 2nd paid voucher for services in one visit. (This was in direct contrast to what the voucher stated) I requested a FULL REFUND from the social media site. I must point out that the owner of Clear View did call me back 30 mins. later, after he received a follow up call from the Social Media site and left me a message acknowledging that he still could not honor my paid voucher but would offer me another deal. Sorry, Too Late Joe (owner). He was not willing to be flexible when I asked how he could accommodate during the initial call. I found out later that 25 other customers had a similar problem with this same vendor being unresponsive. (See Yelp Reviews) Please note Clear View posted a different business number (847) 417-9797 on their website than is listed on Angie's List.
