Would like to let everyone know about a really great service experience we had. We called AZ Electrical based on the high reviews online. We exchanged texts with pics to get a quote for replacing an attic fan motor. Based on the fact that they did venting for attic fans, I asked if they would also vent (to the outside) 3 bathroom exhaust pipes that the builder just laid into the eves. Art provided what I thought was a reasonable quote and we set up a time for him to come out to do the work. What we thought would be a 3 hour job turned into 6 1/2 hours. Job completed. Clean, aesthetically perfect (I just might have more than a little OCDP. lol) and cleaned up to a point of "was he even here?". Best part? He was firm in only charging his original quote. A simple "Thanks" just doesn't seem adequate. But . . . really, "Thanks". Obviously, I highly recommend AZ Electrical.

I had a great experience with AZ Electrical recently. I had to upgrade from a 1970 doorbell/intercom to a more modern doorbell that is compatible with the new video doorbells. Art from AZ Electrical followed up with me right away and we discussed what I needed to get done. He explained the rates for me in detail (which were very reasonable) and made sure I had a good understanding of how much the work could potentially cost. Once we decided to move forward with the work, the appointment was scheduled (which was within a reasonable period of time) and he came out as planned. Art was very polite, professional and thorough throughout the service visit. He made sure to both explain and show me all of his observations. He addressed all the issues that came up appropriately and got everything done in a timely manner. This even included locating and rewiring the transformer in our "infamous" crawl space (where even I would never go). Art was quickly responsive to my original request to repair an old outside outlet, install a 2-gang new outdoor outlet, and update the lights and outlets in my 1937 home. He provided an up-front estimate, was quickly available to come do the work, arrived in a timely manner, and executed all tasks with no issues. He also helped troubleshoot a power source for one of the outdoor outlets. I'm glad to have finally found a good local electrician and will be calling him back in the future.

From the time I called and left a message requesting a quote until the time he arrived and completed the job, Art was extremely professional, responsive and punctual. He responded to my voice message within a couple of hours, listened to my needs, and gave me a price quote over the phone. He had to schedule the work a couple of weeks out, but was honest about his availability. That showed me that his services are in demand. The night before the work was to be done, he called to confirm and let me know the time he planned to arrive the next morning. The day of the job, he and his helper showed up exactly at the time he said he would. The work he did was excellent, and he cleaned up the work area before he left. Art also gave me advice on other questions I had about electrical issues at my home. The bill for the work he did was exactly what he had quoted me on the phone two weeks earlier (without me reminding him of that). Overall, this was an outstanding experience, especially compared with other contractors I've had to deal with. I will absolutely use AZ Electrical for future needs, and would recommend him to others.

Art was very professional. It took him no time to remove our old lighting fixtures and replace them with our new ones. He noticed some problems with the previous installments, but was able to correct them easily for the new fixtures. Art is easy to work with and talk to. I would definitely hire him again.

Art was very easy to work with. He arrived after the scheduled time but he called to say he would be late. He installed a new electrical outlet in the garage and repaired a dead outlet. He installed a dedicated outlet for the sump pump and moved the furnace to a dedicated circuit. He replaced a dimmer switch in the bathroom and installed a light kit on a fan in the master bedroom. He also replaced three fixtures in the storage area to bring them up to code. He left the work areas clean. He always removed his shoes in the house without being asked. He was considerate and respectful of our property.

Art arrived at the scheduled date and time. He was courteous and completed the installation in a timely manner. The installation was done professionally and the site was left clean.

Art will be finishing the job as there were delays caused by the contractor who installed cabinets, but I trust that when Art returns he will do the same great and professional job.

We were selling our house and the buyer was very aggressive with the closing date. I needed someone to help me asap with the village inspection and was on a budget considering all my selling expenses. A neighbors had told me that our village is very strict and checks everything electrical. AZ Electrical was recommend by a friend so I called them. I spoke with Art. He told me that he had worked in my village and knows the code requirement. I told him what I thought I needed and he gave me a great estimate over the phone plus said he would also do a once over to make sure everything was compliant. I was a bit skeptical because I thought he was just going to upsell me with things I didn’t need. He fixed my outside outlets and installed a lamp fixture, which was what I originally quoted, and then did a detail inspection all my electrical. To my surprise, I found out that several kitchen GFCI outlets were wired wrong (not grounded). He pointed out that our village required GFCI outlets in the Garage(for Garage Opener) that I didn’t have . He in fact checked every outlet in and outside the house. I went with Art’s recommendations and he only charged me for the work and not the inspection. When the village inspector came, he checked everything that Art had pointed out to me as not being compliant. The inspector was impressed and even stated that it looks like I did my homework. We passed the inspection without any issue. Thanks Art for all your help. It is hard to find good contactors that do quality work, let along give an affordable price. You guys were fast, professional, and most of all trustworthy. I would definitely recommend AZ Electrical.

AZ Electrical was great. They gave me options for when I could schedule, and they fit me in quickly. The electrician was running a few minutes late, and he called me to let me know. I appreciate that! He was courteous, friendly, and skilled. He did great work and cleaned up all of the mess afterwards. I will definitely contact AZ Electrical again!

Art from AZ Electrical came to my home to replace a hallway light, a porch light, change out a broken switch, as well as remove a broken lamppost in my back yard. Art was quick to respond to my request, and we set up an appointment for him to come to my home to view the work to be done and to give me a cost estimate. His pricing was fair, and he was awarded the job, which took place only a few days later. Art was professional and very knowledgeable in his craft.
