Description of Work: The workers were ok, they were prompt and professional, what I was told I was paying for from a customer service representative and what I received is the problem. I was told that they were coming out in a truck because I had explained to the rep that I need furniture removed for an entire house. The guys came with a 15ft TRAILER and couldn't remove everything which made me have to use another service and pay again which is very unacceptable. I don't blame the guys who came out to do their job, it's the misrepresentation from the rep with Angie's list that I have a problem with.

Description of Work: Removed junk from garage and basement. AAA American was on time, came right in and removed everything in a short period. The only thing to look out for would be the price coverage. The ad was for a quarter truck load.
