The driver called to let me know that they were running a few minutes late. Then we found additional garbage that they picked up and added to the collection. Overall it took less then 2 hrs and cleared everything I needed. Very friendly and professional. They made sure no damage was done to the house as they removed large pieces of furniture.

They were Great - cut items up to fit through the doors and to come up out of the basement. Disassembled and OLD SLATE pool table in the basement. YES I would hire them again.

They guys arrived and were polite and helpful. They did exactly what was asked. Once they got going I increased the amount purchased to a full extended truck load with raised sides to accommodate large couches and construction materials. They just didn't clear away 25 years of furniture and stuff, they took apart a big 2x4 plywood table and emptied a large metal cabinet - then swept up! When the truck was full, really full, I still had a room and a shed to empty, so I ordered another truck. I would not hesitate to use them they are reasonable and effective.

Had a large chest style freezer that hadn't been used for years in our basement taking up space. Called AAA American Cleanouts for a quote and hired them right away. They wrestled the freezer up our basement stairs (which was a feat itself!) and hauled it away. Excellent work, honest pricing and showed up right on time.

I am flipping a property and didn't want to draw attention to the home with a dumpster or bagsters so I had the crew throw all the construction debris in the one-car garage and it was pretty full. The construction debris removal went very well. They were on-time. They loaded up their trailer with a couple appliances, kitchen cabinets, removed flooring, subfloor, ceramic and vinyl tile, and interior doors and trim that had been removed from the house. They appeared to do their best to take up the least room in their trailer since the charge is based on how much of their trailer they fill. They also told me that the place they take the junk to does recycle what they can. They then broom swept the garage very well. They were easy to talk to and didn't take anything that obviously was not to go out of the garage.

The whole process went well. They returned phone calls quickly. We set the date for them to come out and they were right on time. They removed all of the garbage and then swept the area. They hauled the chemicals for an additional $25. That's because the chemicals are dropped of at a site other than the rest of the garbage. As they were removing the garbage, they were mindful of my neighbor's property.

Over all our experience was great they responded with in 24 hours and they were quick the dry and with cleaning everything up and he will use them again.
