From the initial interview to the final day of work, we were delighted from the owner of the company (Brad Ashman) down to each workman who came through our doors. Each and every one arrived when he said he would, and Brad and his project manager Jerry were available to answer every question. Do not hire CRDC if you want bargain basement prices and handyman specials. The quality and detail of the finished project is close to perfect. Brad recommends only top-drawer suppliers, but everyone dealt with us fairly and did not try to oversell any aspect of the project. The estimates were based on fair expectations and at no time did we feel as though we were being taken advantage of.

+ -1 moreBrad was very cordial and a very high energy guy. He has a keen eye for quality work (could see instantly what was done right, and wrong in various other spots of the house), and has very high standards for his work. His quote was higher than the one we took, but also included more materials. Check out the company website! I think he would have done an excellent job, but the cost was a bit high, and we decided to go with a company from Angie's list.
Description of Work: Requested quote for complete gut and remodel of breakfast nook and kitchen in an older (1888) home.
