Roman provided a structural assessment of a home I am looking to purchase. Upon reaching out to him, he was able to visit the property and deliver a report of findings the next day. His guidance, expertise, and timeliness was very helpful in my home buying process.

Mr. Schlaegel conversed with us about our reason for needing his report, and made sure it fit our requirements.

Roman was easy and flexible to schedule with, my village required a structural report on part of the roof that wasn t level and Roman was able to give me the report needed as well as steps incase a fix is required. He s very friendly and I would recommend his services! :)

Roman was very punctual and quick to respond. I was desperate to find a solution to my structural problem. Shame on me! $410 later and told to just apply another coat of primer on my basement wall. Not a fix!!!! Very disappointed. What a sucker I was.

Hi. I would hire some one for structural engineer's to phelp. How to get the permit stage, project looked at by a structural engineer, approved with material description, then there can do the work to subcontractor. To use 12 ft steel beam with 2 post column instead of load bearing wall in bed room. Thank you
