US Paving Inc

U.S. paving did a great job with our driveway and door entrances. The team was quick to respond to texts, calls, and emails. The owner came out prior to work being done to go over the plan with us to make sure we were going to be happy with everything. He was also on the job site everyday. They were able to fit us in before the end of the season and had the job done very quickly. They followed up to ensure our satisfaction with the work and will be out in the summer to seal the asphalt. I have since and will continue to refer anyone looking for asphalt and/or concrete work to this company. Not many companies will do asphalt and concrete work, and they definitely don’t do it as well as U.S. paving!

Contract was signed 3/26/07 with work to begin in May. Plat was sent as requested with work scheduled to begin 5/7/07. Called after no-show and was told "we didn't get the permit yet". Multiple phone calls made to receptionist who was consistently courteous with continued promises of status reports and no return calls. Phoned to cancel work on 5/23/07. Employee, Hugh, after questioning why work was canceled, hung up rudely.

I was very satisfied with the work performed by US Paving. They even filled in all the trenches they had to dig for the forms with new dirt and planted grass seed on it for me! (I supplied the seed) I also really liked the fact that US Paving handled all the permit work for the job. This is a small family run business. They also put in a new asphalt drive at my church and did a great job, which is why I used them at my home. They are extremely busy, so it might take awhile to get the job scheduled.

WOULD NEVER BOTHER TO CALL THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

THEY GAVE AN ESTIMATE AND SAID, FRANKLY, THAT OTHERS COULD DO THE WORK AT A LOWER PRICE, AND SUGGESTED WE GET OTHER ESTIMATES. APPARENTLY THEY MUST HAVE A NUMBER OF WORKERS ON EACH JOB, MORE THAN THIS JOB REQUIRED.

THEY WERE VERY WILLING TO ACCOMMODATE MY SCHEDULE AND THE WORKMAN WAS VERY CONSCIENTIOUS, THOROUGH, COURTEOUS, AND PROFESSIONAL. WHEN I CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE THE MAN CAME ALMOST IMMEDIATELY, THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE.
