Superb Heating and Cooling

We called Superb in because our air conditioner stopped working on a very hot week. They told us that replacing our compressor would fix the problem. The serviceman replaced our compressor. He was a nice guy. However, he was on his cell phone for much of the time that he was working on the compressor, so I was a bit concerned about his efficiency and his attention to his work. The system still did not work after that and he told us that they would not be able to fix our system and that it was possibly not possible to fix. (we do have an unusual system) We called another company who was able to fix the system, so it was in fact possible. Also, the serviceman sold us a thermostat, which he installed and told us that he would come by later to install the base plate. He never came, so we had a hole in our wall under and around our new thermostat until we ordered the base plate directly from the manufacturer and installed it ourselves.
