Description of Work: They repaired some soffit work and replaced with pine beaded board soffits. |They also repaired rotted fascia boards, where necessary. | |They were very efficent. All of there work went well. They cleaned everything to our satisfaction.

Description of Work: We had all our roofing shingles removed and replaced. One section of the house had 3 layers. Repairs were done to our sunroom roof. We had 2 attic fans replaced . We had our chimney tuck pointed and collar replaced. They did a great job at a very good price. They had to deal with 8 skylights in the process. Cleanup could have been a bit better. Contacting them by phone was not easy , but by email was good. They were able to handle everything we needed done. It was great not having to use more than one contractor.

Description of Work: I saw signs of water leakage on my kitchen ceiling and called Spandikow. Mr. Spandikow inspected roof and gave me an estimate to replace a damaged kitchen vent and an addition to the gutters. Although I did wait a few days for the repair, the repair was made. Work is excellent. Workers were polite. Cleanup was complete. Spandikow is busy because they do good work.

Description of Work: They were hired to perform shingle repairs and to install a new attic fan and roof vent. Firm offered a no-nonsense quote for the needed work, for a fair price, without trying to upsell things we didn't need. (Felt other firms didn't want that small of a job but used as an opportunity to pitch a new roof, siding and windows instead.) Performed work satisfactorily, inspected the full roof, and offered advice for the next time we have the roof replaced. Overall, very satisfied.

Got a new roof - strip off old shingles; apple ice shield; insert valley metal strips; plumbing stack flashings; add ridge vents; downspout work; new Driftwood Oakridge shingles with lifetime guarantee; Work was completed in 2 days as predicted; yard was cleaned up as promised; very satisfied!

+ -1 moreCOST WAS IN LINE WITH A DOZEN OTHER BIDS (WAS AROUND THE MIDDLE OF THE RANGE). THE ESTIMATE WAS DELIVERED IN A TIMELY MANNER WITH ALL ITEMS BROKEN OUT SEPARATELY. WORK WAS DONE ON TIME WITH EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY. THEY DID AN AMAZING JOB WITH THE FLASHING AND ROOF/DORMER TRANSITIONS. THE CEDAR SIDING ON THE DORMERS WAS ALSO DONE REALLY WELL. THERE WAS SOME MINOR DAMAGE TO SHRUBS, BUT ACTUALLY MUCH LESS THAN I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED GIVEN THE FACT THAT THE ROOF WAS BEING RIPPED OFF. OVERALL I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THE RESULTS. CLEANUP WAS PERFORMED EACH DAY AND AT THE END OF THE PROJECT. NOTHING MAJOR TO REPORT THERE. I HAVE COME ACROSS A GRAND TOTAL OF 3 NAILS AND A COUPLE SMALL REMNANTS OF FLASHING. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM WITHOUT HESITATION.

THEY WERE VERY DILIGENT IN GETTING THE VERTICAL AND HORIZONTAL JOINTS ALIGNED CORRECTLY. EVERYTHING IS COMPLETELY STRAIGHT AND THE WORK LOOKS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE VERY NICE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. THEY HAD ALL OF THE EQUIPMENT REQUIRED TO DO A PERFECT JOB, WHICH INCLUDED THE TRUCK WITH A SECOND FLOOR HOIST, A TRUCK WITH A CRANE, AND A COVERED TRUCK TO PROTECT THE MATERIALS. IT IS A VERY GOOD JOB.
