Description of Work: They did a complete tear off and roof replacement. We also needed 9 pieces of plywood replaced. I had asked that they replace the chimney cap, but after inspection, they told me I did not need it, instead of just doing it and charging me. They came on the day they said and brought 9 guys with them, and completed it by the end of the day. They also cleaned out our gutters (which were in desperate need), and hauled away stuff from our garage!

Description of Work: Spandikow & Son Roofing repaired damaged gutters, leaf screens, roofing along the edge of the roof and a vent cap. Their quote was competitive and they performed the job when scheduled. When they were about 3/4 completed a rain storm came up and they competed the job and removed all the old gutters and other left overs before they left. After the rain stopped I inspected the work and found that all the gutters were secure and the gutter screens were all screwed down. The screens were installed during the hardest rain.

Description of Work: Spandikow did an excellent job! They went above and beyond by adjusting the posts on our front porch and adding a cedar base to them. This was to prevent them from rotting as well as causing a possible problem with beams in the attic from bowing. It has apparently worked. They were clean, and professional. Not a nail was left when they did. I would hire them again.

Description of Work: I went out for 4 bids so that I could compare them, and all the bids were within $400 of each other on a $6-7,000 roofing job. Spandikow was the only one who wouldn't let me talk to their representative, which I found a little strange. In all honesty, I didn't push it after 2 requests to speak to the person who evaluated the job ( I communicated with him directly by email so there was no chance that he wasn't informed). I cannot comment on the quality of their work, since I picked another company.
