Description of Work: Very impressed with the experience of dealing with this company (also known as PLUGGED IN AUDIO- VIDEO). Came out right away, explained every aspect of removing and installing new antenna on roof. Was courteous, quick and thorough. Cleaned up afterwards and went the extra mile in replacing needed wire, plates etc. Price was extremely fair for removing the old, receiving and installing a new antenna. Would highly recommend.

Description of Work: I called Net 1 with the phone number you provided. Brian answered immediately. I told him the problem we were having with our rotor-antenna and not getting more than two or three channels. He told me he had moved to Florida to start-up a Net 1 business there; told me he had sold his business in Illinois to Plugged In Audio Video here in Illinois and gave me there phone number which I called the next day, May 19th, 2012. If Brian had not given me the Plugged In Audio Video phone number, I wouldn't have found them because they were not originally listed on your website under "TV Antenna". Now they are, and you can read my review of them there.

Description of Work: Had a cable outlet that was not functioning properly. The guys came out within one hour of me calling them. They gave an estimate over the phone and stuck to it. They had to go outside as well as in my crawl space to fix the problem. I was very happy with the service from a cost, quality, as well as responsiveness perspective. Will use them again for any AV issues.
