He was efficient. He came when he said he was going to come. He worked with us closely. We had a good experience with him. He is very honest and straightforward.

Ron was very economical for the work we needed, he was professional and responded quickly. He even repaired a broken window for us and then reinstalled it. Overall we are happy with the work done and would use Ron for any type of handyman services. Both him and his partner were very good about working with a homeowner.

It was all nicely done. The estimate was fair and detailed. They started quite close to the estimated start date. Lauer showed me the difficulties that needed repairing, both beforehand and as they arose. Lauer subcontracted part of the painting. Not only were Lauer and the painters good about cleaning up, they also cleared out quite a few weeds and vegetation up against the structures that I should have taken care of myself before they arrived. They went a few hundred dollars (<10%) over estimate on the painting part of the job when extra coats were needed on large areas where the wood siding had weathered.

After I contacted Mr. Lauer, he called me back in a timely fashion, was out to give me and estimate and the repair to my house was done quickly. I look forward to using his services in the future

They've done really well! We have to be careful people don't take advantage of my mother-in-law, and she's been thrilled! She is getting compliments from the neighbors. He's seemed to have done great work, and is very easy to work with. He is punctual and reliable.

We have had trouble with the windows leaking into our basement for over 2 years. We have had several people take a look and all they would do is caulk the windows - this was not helping. Ron called me back right away, came out, gave me an estimate and did the work when requested. He was great to work with. It hasn't rained since he fixed it, but I am confident this will fix the job. I definitely recommend Ron to bid on any work you need performed! Thank you Ron!

Ron is a good guy. Knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Got quote from him which was lower priced than the other guy. I had wooden siding but the quote I got was for vinyl. So I went with the person who gave me quote against wooden siding. Also the previous work that was done on my porch needed some fix which was included in the other person's quote. So I went with the other option. I will go with Ron in my future projects.

LAUER PICKED THE HIGHEST QUALITY MATERIALS. HE PAID ATTENTION TO PROBLEMS UNDERNEATH. THE RESULT LOOKS GOOD. HE WAS QUITE PROMPT AND HE DID EVERYTHING HE SAID HE WOULD. I COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR ANYTHING MORE.

THEY DESIGNED THE CUSTOM RAILING AND BUILT IT FROM RED CEDAR.
