Very good. How much detail could there be? The toilet flang was broke he fixed it. This is why I don't like writing reviews. A common problem, it was fixed.

Arrived on time, went to work quickly after assessing shut off locations, access to spigot through wall, and what I specifically wanted. Started promptly, completed job, completely picked up after himself and showed me work for inspection. Very well done, exactly what I wanted and offered a 10% discount on top. I would highly recommend this plumber to anyone, and have to my family.

John provided great service moving a gas line that was below ceiling height as part of updating our laundry room. He turned up when scheduled and left the workplace tidy and secure. He also put in another gas shut off valve to the laundry and kitchen stove that can be used without affecting the furnace or hot water heater, which was a nice touch. Highly recommend his services.

Great - he was flexible with his schedule (mine kept changing!). He did the job quickly, neatly and just took care of the problem.

It was fine he also walked through my new nut old house and gave me lots of great suggestions on what needs to be done. He diagnosed the main reason I called him over for which was a bathtub leak and is coming back Monday to fix it for me. Very nice honest man.

John and his partner came out to investigate the source of a water leak in my ceiling. They arrived on time as scheduled and began working on the problem. Looked at every possible water source in the home and determined that it was not any of the pipes that was causing the leak, but actually it was water coming from the air conditioner. This is the 2nd time that I have used John and his services and he is the only one that I am comfortable with doing any plumbing work in my home. He knows his stuff and seems to be a straightforward guy. i'm glad that I found him on Angie's List several years ago.

John and his son Chris arrived when they said they would be here. They didn't see the issue right away, but John thoroughly explained what could have been causing the problem. They worked on both toilets to make sure there weren't any blockages just in case. I would definitely use them again in the future. I'd give them an A+ rating!

The guys came promptly, the next day after taking a look at the problem. This father and son team did great work and kept at it until everything was completed, replacing the drain in the bathtub and all of the pieces going down and around to the sewer pipe. They always do a great job of cleaning up, if necessary. I had just mentioned the kitchen sink, and didn't expect them to get that done the same day but they did. I was very pleased, and now there are no leaks from the bathtub, which were causing the kitchen ceiling to sag. And we can use both sides of our sink! They spent over six hours on this job, and I felt the cost was quite reasonable since they had done some work on the previous day as well, when they came to look at the job.

We like his service and he is very nice. He is always very punctual and honest in his estimates. He is reasonably priced and I have recommended him to several people in the area.

Pay me now or pay me later. It took me many years to learn if you want something done right call the plumber. John and son are the best.. Every time I manage to break something or get the crazy idea I'll save money I quickly come back to reality and call John. He and his son are courteous,highly professional, reasonably priced and wait for it....punctual. Took a long time to find someone of his caliber....Highly recommend.

We had a slow moving toilets at the church I attend and we needed to have a fractured pipe replaced. We had the location of the pipe marked by another contractor. I contacted John because of his excellent reviews. He gave me a verbal quote based on our situation of between $1,400 to $1,700. I went down to the city and applied for the permits needed and John sent his paper work directly to them. John and his crew showed up promptly at 8:30 the day the project started. The project took one day. When the excavator reached the depth where the damaged pipe was located, it was not what we expected. There was another pipe that was poorly installed emptying into the damaged pipe. John had to "Y" into this additional pipe and make some strange bends. This was not an easy fix but he and his crew made it seem effortless. The inspector approved the project and we now have working toilets again. I would recommend John to anyone who wants a professional, experienced plumber. They are personable and knowledgeable. If you want it done right, call John.

He was very responsive. He tried to fix it without having to purchase an entirely new faucet unit. We finally did that. He went ahead and installed that. It went very smoothly. It was easy.

I purchhased a new garbage disposal which I intended to install my self.. However the existing pipes needed to be moved for the disposal to fit under the sink. So I need a plumber.Mr O'Connell came out the day after I called (there was no emergency) gave me an estimate. He said he would be back in an hour or two after he completed a prior engagement. He showed, on time, up with his helper and they completed the job in less than 2 hours. He worked clean and explained what needed to be done and why. I will definitely use his services again!

John responded quickly to my phone call and was able to come by for a next day appointment to clear a blockage in my kitchen sink. He was efficient, on time, and left my sink area cleaner than how he found it. Start to finish done in less than an hour. Thank you to John and his son Chris!

We had several visits with John and his son Chris. We had a damp spot on our kitchen ceiling and figured it was a leak from one of the two second story bathrooms above. They cut a rectangle in our kitchen ceiling and discovered calcification at the end of one of the pipes, indicating an old leak. They knocked out a section of tile and wall behind the master bathroom tub faucet. They discovered a poorly installed pipe from when the home was built in 1989. They replaced the pipe which was a difficult job. John's son Chris even text-ted me some photos to use in our insurance claim. They came out on other dates to do the rest as noted. John, with a pleasing Irish brogue, is quite a character, but in a good way. They did a great job and would, and probably will have to, use again. Thanks, John & Sons.
