There was a mean and nasty lady that would not do as we ask, like simply to empty the very dirty water she was using to clean the house. Of course, after a person cleans with a cloth and rinses the cloth in the pail of water the water will get dirty. So, after the water gets dirty, they are basically cleaning with dirty water. We very politely asked her to change the water and she got mad at my wife and I and refused to do it. We then asked her to clean the oven and my wife wanted her to use comet. Except the same lady knew better and used that to clean. Well, the lady used it to clean the oven fan part where the oven smoke will go out of, and her cleaning agent took the paint off. It never got better from there. The other girl was cleaning the upstairs bathroom and bumped the toilet tank and broke some a gasket on the bottom of the tank so it started to leak. The owner of the company came out to our house and repainted the oven and tried to fix the gasket to the toilet tank so that was good although the gasket he used NEVER fixed it so I had to do it myself.

Very Good. Decent and pleasant to deal with owner. Workers were decent to. Although one man kept his shes on and walked on carpet. Otherwise they did lay down plastic and all other men did walk on plastic. My house is now Illinois Home Performance Energy Star Rated - excellent selling item if you want to sell house.

Terrible! We had made it clear to the office that we would have one person that would work along side my wife. When two maids arrived we thought, ok, we will deal with it. When we asked one of the cleaning ladies that we would like to work together she said "no, it is not going to happen" paraphrasing. She was an EXTREMELY nasty person to say the least. When I went by the house I noticed a leak in the upstairs bathroom toilet. We never had anything like that before. The cleaning lady was in the bathroom cleaning when I noticed it . . . she bumped the toilet tank and a gasket broke. Of course, they denied it. I called the office and they came over and fixed it. I had asked the nasty cleaning lady (and I mean nasty) to change her dirty water every five to ten minutes. She refused to do it. You can only have clean surfaces as clean as the water is. She basically told me that cleaning is woman job and that if you want to clean then do it yourself and then leave me to it. It went something like that. After they had left, I checked the window that she supposedly cleaned. It was streaked with cloudy dried dirt on it - because she did not change the water! It was worse off than when she started. If the window was like it is not difficult to know that other non-window surfaces were dirty like that as well. My wife and the nasty cleaning lady were in the kitchen and my wife was cleaning the oven. The nasty lady said she will clean the oven and basically took the job away from wife. Well, at that time my wife had been cleaning the inside oven with an oven cleaner. So, nasty lady took over those duties. Well, nasty lady decided to use the inside oven cleaner on the top smoke filter assembly above oven. The paint started fading and became a "metal" color instead of the original beige color. The office gentlemen that was still fixing the gasket in the tank bowl then went to the store to buy some oven paint. He did get the above oven assembly looking good after he spray painted it. I must admit, that I have used them previously to this last time. They do have some decent cleaning people though that are not NASTY like that one lady. There are to many other cleaning businesses to have to deal with someone like nasty lady. Special for NASTY lady . . . . I will never use Helena Cleaning service again! They were also over half-hour late.

Everything has been just fine with this company. Overall, I think they do a good job. They are very trustworthy and professional as well.
