Very pleased with the quality and service. Two more projects planned for the near future.

It went very well and they were great. I am thinking about using them again for something else. They did a good job and were fairly priced. They went the extra mile for me in doing a few things; it worked out very well.

It was wonderful. Their pricing was competitively to the high side. Their service was excellent. Their salespersons were knowledgeable. The knew the product. They didn't try to upsell you. They came out, surveyed the house and asked what we wanted to accomplish.

Things went fine with them. Nothing stood out. I believe we bought a rug from them.

Although the price quoted was a little beyond my budget I will contact them again to have tiles replaced in my kitchen.

Your 3 men were out here on 2-14-14 at 8:15am. They worked for 2 hours. The carpet looks awesome. It lays perfectly flat without any bunches or visible seams. They did not have to cut or add carpet by the door frame at the entrance of the basement. The laying of the carpet is exactly what we wanted to see. It was professionally done. We are very happy with the service we received. I would definitely recommend your company to my friends

It was an easy and pleasant experience considering the invasion to our living space. Having your entire house turned upside down is a traumatic experience by itself. Having it fixed in a timely fashion and having order restored was worth it's weight in gold. Thank you Desitter for making our life a little easier.

They were very nice and helpful. They were willing to work around my schedule. I had a carpet put in and then just recently, I had my stairs worked on and they took out the carpet that was put in for me so that I could get my stairs worked on and it was free of charge. The store was really nicely put together and everyone was really helpful and communicative. They tried to work out what we needed and gave us recommendations for what we needed. Their price was fair as well.

They responded to request almost immediately and scheduled a measurement for the next day since there were time constraints as rental. Measurement was done next day. I visited the showroom in Carol Stream and we were able to find appropriate carpet for rental and schedule installation the following week. Installers were on time and installed carpet/padding. It looks great! Very high quality experience and good price. I would highly recommend De Sitter to anyone that has to replace carpeting.

Time was very helpful in finding the right carpet. We had previously been to Century Tile and picked out carpet, but their installer was unresponsive so it forced us to go elsewhere. So glad we did as while we ended up spending a lot more money, we ended up with a much higher quality of carpet that looks fantastic. I called one day, someone was here the next to measure. We went into the showroom on a Monday and could have had our in stock choice installed the next day. Within two weeks we had everything completed. We had spent 3 weeks trying to get Century Tile to come measure. Very thankful for their failure or we would never have found DeSitter.

Barbra smith at the carol stream location helped me pick out the carpeting, padding and also helped me tremendously making sure I got what I wanted, the price I could afford and got me in before the holidays! I have gotten many quotes for carpet from different providers, and we chose Desitter because of the very friendly customer service, excellent response time and price was amazing. A man came and measured my condo the same day I called, got it to Barbra the next day, and I got a quote that same day. Four days later, they came and installed the carpet. As far as the installers, they came when promised, was fast and very friendly, careful with our belongings, and cleaned up everything! DeSitter installed Smartstrand ?Silk? carpet in our master bedroom. It feels very soft and we love the mixture of colors. Joanne helped us understand the differences in carpet quality and fibers. We were referred to the DeSitter store in Carol Stream by my parents. We will recommend them to our friends.

The carpet Allan Beuke helped me to choose looks great and wears wonderfully. The workmen who came were fast, polite and extremely careful of my home and it's contents. This is not the first time I have used DeSitter's in LaGrange and wouldn't consider going elsewhere for my flooring needs.

All went well -- choosing the materials, calculating space and materials needed, delivery of materials, and installation. Especially impressed with care in dealing with different levels in three different areas. Installers were hard-working and efficient.

I made an initial visit and explored the various options for my needs. Karen discussed at length what was required for my location and then provided various samples of different types for me to return and look over. After looking over the samples and making my decision I returned and again discussed with Karen about the sale. She worked up numbers and provided me with a a number of options. I made my choice and decided on an installation date. Karen explained the installation process, detailing the pattern match, installation techniques such as mitering the corners, proper stretching of the material, and anchoring. The installation went well and I am impressed with the quality of workmanship provided throughout the entire purchase process. I would HIGHLY recommend Karen and Desitters for flooring needs.

I started looking for carpet the end of August and had visited a couple of other retailers before going to DeSitter. I wasn't real impressed with the help that I received from the other 2 stores. I was extremely impressed with the level of service as well as the knowledge offered by my sales associate. She had asked me several questions regarding the use of the space as well as the traffic level. She was trying to help guide me into a carpet that was best suited for my needs. Everything from the sample selection, the measure and installation went great. I will be remodeling my basement after the 1st of the year and I will definitely use DeSitter Flooring for my tile as well as carpet in that area.

When we decided to replace the carpeting in our living room with hardwood I was determined to be an informed consumer and perform "due diligence" in choosing the right product. I did on line research and visited two of the Home stores after which I felt I understood the differences between wood and laminate but was no closer to making a selection than when I started. A relative told me that she recently had DeSitter put a new wood floor in her family room and suggested I visit their showroom.We did so and found the sales rep to be very knowledgeable and also very patient in explaining to us not only the poducts but why certain flooring was more suited to our house based on our usage, family make-up, pets etc.After an in home measure she made further recommendations based on our decorating preferences. We made one more visit to the showroom to make our final decision. Our installation went as scheduled and I was as impressed with the professionalism of the installer as that of my sales rep. I would highly recommend DeSitter's to anyone shopping for flooring.

We needed to replace the carpeting in our family room and I had been putting it off because I was not sure what to buy as there are so many choices. My wife and I went to DeSitter after hearing good things about them from our friends. Our salesman's name was Paul and he could not have been more helpful. He explained all the different types/styles available and helped us select the best carpet for our particular situation - kids and pets. The color I left up to my wife. Once we chose the carpet, he then helped us select the best pad to go with it and set up the date for installation. When the installers arrived ON TIME, they were courteous and professional. They got right to work and when finished, they cleaned up and even vacuumed! Our new family room carpet is exactly what we wanted! Thanks to the help we received from DeSitter, the whole process was made easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing new flooring and now am looking forward to replacing the other flooring in our home.

From our very first visit into the showroom everything moved along in a very timely fashion. We had selected a Preverco prefinished hardwood for our 2nd floor because of the color that was available. Because we wanted the 1st and 2nd floor to match we decided to refinish the 1st floor and install hardwood treads and have everything match. We worked with Laura and she was able to walk us through the entire process. We had replaced our carpet in the past and this was the first time we had anything done with hardwood floors. DeSitter came out and measured, we received a quote within a couple of days and decided to move forward with our flooring project. The installation and refinishing went smoothly. There was a project manager who oversaw our installation from the first day. We have referred DeSitter to several family members and friends.

Joanne Voll had completed an amazing project in my home back in 2007-2008 when she had her faux finish painting business in Wheaton, called Creative Finishes. Her artistic abilities helped me pick wall colors and truly creative finishes that turned my blah interior into a showplace. Whenever anyone walks in my front door they look in the dramatic dining room and say, "Wow!" Literally! She also oversaw the installation of several rooms of hardwood and made sure every detail was perfect. Hardwood installation is tricky! That job was approximately $30,000.00 and lasted over 5 months. Apparently, some time later, Joanne decided to take a position at DeSitter Flooring and brought her artist's eye for color and design to focus on flooring. I heard she was there, so when I needed carpet, I called her. She helped me select the perfect carpet for our bedrooms and a stair runner. The bedroom carpet feels great on our bare feet and the color is just right. Everything my family (OK, my husband) has spilled on it (not THAT much, though!) has cleaned up easily. The patterned runner and new carpet have really added value to our home and we continue to receive compliments. Even though I thought I knew what I wanted before I walked in the door, Joanne helped me to see that there were other, better options. I am really picky (ah, opinionated, too) and Joanne handled that transition with good interpersonal skills. The installation couldn't have been smoother. Great job. They took the old carpet out and told me they recycled it. My buying philosophy is "buy the highest quality I can possibly afford, with the best warranty, take good care of it and make it last." So the warranty from DeSitter was important to me and I felt secure with the lifetime warranty on the installation. The best in the business on the carpet itself, too. I made sure of that! I have already referred a family member to DeSitter and Joanne, and will continue to spread the good word about them. Reliability and dependability, and Joanne has proven she has both.
