Description of Work: I had a new rug installed in the master bedroom. The salesperson was very helpful in helping me choose the best rug for the room. Installers did a great job and cleaned up very nicely. They even helped move the heavy furniture back into the room.

Description of Work: We went to their store and arranged for them to measure our third floor and give us a price for removal & hauling away existing carpeting and installing a specific carpet we had selected. They were very responsive and understood that they were one of three carpet dealers who would be giving us a quote for the same carpet installation. They came out a day or two later and promptly gave us a quote. However, their price was higher than we received from Olsen Rug, so we did not buy the carpet from them.

Description of Work: We had DeSitter in LaGrange install berber carpet in our newly remodeled 2nd floor (stairs, hall, loft area, 2 bedrooms). The price was fair and they installed a few days after we paid the deposit. There was some initial confusion on the stairs, but a call to the office cleared things up. The sales guy was up front about the fact that seams can be visible, despite their best efforts. Also, they warned us that there may be paint touch ups necessary. My only complaint is that a few touchups were needed on the wall moreso than the baseboards. They must have rubbed against the walls when bringing the carpet upstairs. This was very minor, & as I said earlier, they warned us ahead of time. We would definitely use them again. Really happy with the final result, installation & price.

 + -1 moreWE SPENT SEVERAL HOURS LOOKING AT SAMPLES AND TALKING TO THE SALESMAN. THEIR SHOWROOM SELECTION WAS NOT VERY LARGE AND THEIR PRICES SEEMED HIGHER THAN OTHER COMPANIES WE VISITED. WHEN WE ASKED FOR A QUOTE ON A CARPET THAT WE HAD FOUND AT ANOTHER COMPANY'S SHOWROOM, THE SALESMAN SAID THAT HE COULD GET IT FOR US AND SAID THAT HE WOULD CALL US WITH A QUOTE. WE NEVER HEARD FROM HIM.
Description of Work: WE VISITED THE SHOWROOM THREE TIMES TO LOOK AT SAMPLES OF WALL-TO-WALL CARPETING.

SEVERAL MONTHS LATER, WE DISCOVERED A PROBLEM WITH THE CARPET, AND THEY CAME OUT AND INSTALLED COMPLETELY NEW CARPET FOR FREE. NO HASSLES. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NICE PEOPLE TO WORK WITH.
