Description of Work: My sump pump stopped working; BOSS plumbing was onsite within 20 minutes on a sunday night. He quoted me around 400-500 for a fix since it was sunday. I told him that's fine. It ended up being something small and only charged me 150.00

+ -1 moreSee above - but I want to point out how responsive, professional, and thorough they were. Joe managed to come over to my house the day before he was heading on vacation out of state with his family! That's really above and beyond the call of duty - especially since I had told him it wasn't an emergency, but he wanted to make sure that it was taken care of quickly and that he saw the issue himself before having his crew come in and fix it. The crew themselves - Carlos and his cohort were fantastic. As I mentioned, they were professional, thorough, and really wanted to make sure the work was done correctly. They made sure I took pictures for my insurance company, and even made some improvement suggestions for my general contractor. These are now my and quot;go toand quot; guys! Can't stress enough how pleased I am.
Description of Work: We had a leak in our master bath tub - it was dripping through the ceiling below (it stopped once we emptied the tub and didn't continue when we didn't use the tub). Joe came literally within 15 minutes of my calling - saw that it wasn't an emergency, and then had his crew come the next day. They diagnosed the problem quickly, created an access panel into the side of the jacuzzi tub where the plumbing was (don't ask! Had to be done), found a pipe that had never been soldered, fixed it, cleaned up, and left.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. Joe is friendly and lives in the neighborhood. He works when he says he will, and does a nice job. We initially had the work done to make the house look nicer to sell, but decided to stay a while longer and enjoy the changes.
Description of Work: Basement bathroom, including leveling floor, framing, shower, drywall, toilet, sink and door. Framed out additional area just outside bathroom to make it all flow. Custom baseboards throughout basement. Custom framing around basement windows. Knocked out glass walls in 3 season room, and replaced with half-walls (another contractor installed the windows). + 0 moreI called the plumbing service at 8:15 am and they were at our house by 9am. They did an excellent job and cleaned everything very well. We have had a lot of workers in our house and these people have been the most courteous, clean, nice and well- priced. I cannot say enough positive things about Boss' Plumbing Corp.
Description of Work: The owner of the company found a leak in our upstairs bathroom. He cut out the tile and base board outside of the shower and repaired where a trim nail had gone through a pipe. He replaced the tile as well.
