Pat is a wonderful person. We met him through church, and completely trust him with our home security. He is very professional, and kind. He also does an amazing job with our locks and keys.

He responded promptly to my initial request for an estimate and arrived when scheduled. He worked quickly and gave me some excellent ideas for my safety.

Patrick arrived promptly...very nice man! We had a new front door installed so we would have 3 different keys. Patrick changed all locks, made sure that the locks are secure, and gave me some very good safety lessons. I would definitely use his services again if needed and i definitely recomend his company.

I called Patrick yesterday to tell him what had happened and he called back right away and came this morning to fix it. He took the lock out of the door, lubed and readjusted it, and now it works great. I asked him what I owed him and he told me nothing. I was so impressed with his professionalism on this matter. I recently purchased a new home and wanted all the locks re-keyed. Pat was very responsive and he came over the next day. We soon discovered that the locks I had were custom locks for which Pat could not re-key them. He gave me great advise on which locks I should purchased. He did not charge me for his first visit and was very flexible. He made time in his schedule to come out on Saturday, after I purchased the locks I needed. He promptly came on time on Saturday and did a great job installing the locks. He even re-keyed all the locks so that one key opens all 3 door in my home. I highly recommend Pat and I've added him to my speed-dial in the event of a lock-out.

I contacted him on a Monday after moving in to my new home, he was willing to come out that night and rekey all my locks. He was very professional and had excellent customer service. I'd highly recommend him.

Pat is extremely nice, very thorough, and did excellent work. He was responsive to our calls and easy to schedule. We had an excellent experience w/him. It was about $180 for 3 or so hours of work including about 15 copies of keys, a fixed patio door lock, and rekeying all our doors.

I put in an online request via Angie's List to the provider on 2/25 and he called me almost immediately (within 5 minutes). He was able to give me an appointment for the next day and gave me a price much lower than I was expecting for a locksmith. He called the next day to ask if he could come early because he finished another job early. I said yes. Good thing, because there were issues with my old panic bars--the screws were completely stripped and it took him nearly 2 hours to get the panic bar opened without breaking the assembly. Because his price was lower than expected, I offered to pay him for the extra time it took him to do the job. He refused to accept any payment above the estimate. Pat Bell did an outstanding job with my assembly, and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a locksmith.

We did have a slight misunderstanding between us as to whether or not we wanted to save the existing doorknobs...after I realized they were being re-keyed rather than replaced, we reached an amiable agreement as to the unneeded cost (we split the difference). Please note that the cost includes the hardware (8 pieces). I found Pat to be very friendly and professional and would recommend his services.

Pat was very accommodating, helpful, and professional. We had originally scheduled with another locksmith (big mistake!) and due to the extremely poor service and potential scam of the other company, my husband and I called Bells mid-day on a Saturday and Pat came out himself within 20 minutes. Pat was great, answered all of our questions, and did an outstanding job. The pricing is upfront and reasonable. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

Came over and just did a great job changing out all my tumblers. He tried to keep the costs low and kept me informed off issues.

One person came and he arrived on time. He was very helpful. I believe he is very honest and wouldn't recommend any thing that we did not need. He made a valet key that opens a door but not every door in your house. I really liked this and didn't know it was possible. He left the area clean. We decided to add more locks and used him again.

In my hurry to leave for work I managed to lock my keys in the house and needed to get them ASAP so that I can make it to work. I called Pat and he was able to come by and let me in all within 45 minutes of my initial call.

I called and Pat called me back within two minutes. We discussed my dilema and Pat told me he knew the problem all to well. He was working on the same type of lock right now. He asked me to take a measurement. I did. We set up an appointment the next day. I got a call from a doctor the next day and had to see her the day of Pat's scheduled work. I called him, he switched his day around for me. He came, installed the lock and I was able to get to the doctor on time. You don't get that kind of service these days.
