I called Pat Bell. He returned my call in short time and was at my house within 1/2 hr. He took the entire door off, fancy handle and all. Replaced broken parts. I was afraid the entire hardware would have to be replaced. I had another door downstairs that was not locking. He fixed that also, works like a charm. He was at my house for quite some time pulling the locks apart and fixing everything. He was very professional and skilled and very personable. I am going to use him again to add a dead bolt to another door. The price was also very reasonable. He is my locksmith from now and I would be very confident to refer him. Good job!

My daughter moved into a house that had been totally rehabbed. I wasn't sure who had a key (from all of the workers/contractor) so I had Mr. Bell come out and re key all of the doors, and install a safety bar on the patio door. Patrick is a friendly, professional locksmith. We closed on our new home on a Friday afternoon. He was willing to come over either that evening or Saturday. He was on time and did a great job. He recommended a Charley bar for our sliding glass door, saying it was better protection than the keyed lock that comes in them. That was helpful because we didn't know that. He offers a service call discount to AL members, too!

When we bought our new place, our realtor gave us a gift certificate for Bell's to cover the cost of getting the locks rekeyed. We called Pat, the owner, up the morning we closed, and he was able to come by the same day. After talking to him, we decided to have him do a little extra work because we wanted to be able to use one key for all of our locks. It turned out that he didn't have a cylinder for one of our locks in his van, so he made time to come out the next time we were available and finish up the job, and told us not to worry about payment until he had completed all the work. He was very friendly and easy to work with, and we would gladly use him again.

This could not have been any easier. I found Pat's information on Angie's List and because he had one of the highest ratings, I decided to call him first. (He was the only call I ended up making!). He was very easy to work with and asked many questions over the phone in order to make his house visit more efficient. He was running a few minutes late on the morning of the appointment (which was not a problem) but he called to say he would be late, which I thought was very professional and polite. Once he arrived, he was very professional, quick and clean. He was also able to make extra keys on site, which was a plus. I would highly recommend Pat for any locksmith services and would not hesitate to call him again.

He is a very friendly person, knows what he is doing and he arrived when he said he would. He changed two locks for me. The only thing I didn’t like is when he was not able to tell me that the machine he uses to make extra keys is not working. I had to go to see a locksmith just for that extra keys which was inconvenient and cost me extra money.

The locks on my 21-year-old house are showing wear like a lot of other things. That's because he's a pro. NOTHING that looks that easy ... is (easy). He had me send photos and he asked questions upfront so he knew just what was needed and just what he was walking into. He was well prepared with the correct replacement and tools. It wasn't long before I was the proud owner of a new lock and I don't have to be afraid I'll accidently lock myself out because of a faulty old lock. Great! Being a local small business man, he was in the area when I called and came in just a few minute to give us an estimate. After agreeing to a price, Patrick himself performed the work on the scheduled day, arrived on time, and completed the job in the estimated time. He cleaned up well,, and the quality of the work was very good.
