Description of Work: Locked myself out of my house around dinnertime on a Saturday evening. Pat said he couldn't come because he was at a family event. But he was kind enough to give me two referrals. The second one was willing to come out right away and charged far less than another locksmith that I found here on Angie's List. I appreciated Pat's professionalism in providing the referrals.

Description of Work: We recently moved and needed to get the locks re-keyed or changed. I talked to Pat and he suggested i walk him through the house and described each door and its locks to him. He knew exactly what I had based on my basic descriptions. He gave me a couple of options and called me back with a quote the next day. He was very flexible and accommodated my work schedule. He arrived on time, was courteous to my family and respectful of our home. He worked efficiently and completed the job in about three hours. One lock was troublesome and needed to be replaced. He scheduled a follow up visit to complete the work and did not expect payment until the work was completed to our satisfaction.

Description of Work: Pat installed 4 key entry locks on each of our bedroom and office doors as we requested for security. He notified us when he was running late due to a previous appointment so we were never left hanging. I was very pleased with the work he performed and would definitely hire him again. Pat is very professional and people like him who dedicate themselves to quality seem more rare these days. He was available on short notice since I was leaving town and had a more urgent request for services.

Description of Work: I recently bought a foreclosed house and wanted all the locks in the house replaced in a way that I only needed one key. I received a very detailed estimate. Everything was clearly described. I had some old locks in the house and he made every effort to use what I had rather than sell me something new. Some we could use and others he had to replace, but in the end I got exactly what I needed at a reasonable price.
