Air Handlers was contracted by our home warranty company (HWA), and performed the diagnosis and service. Everything went very well, Air Handlers was timely and responsive, handled all the billing through the home warranty, and I only had to pay the deductible. I read lots of horror stories about home warrantys and our company HWA specifically, but everything worked out fine for us, no problems.

I contacted this company through Home Warranty of America numerous times. First of all, they did not correctly communicate with HWA to get the parts ordered for my service. After waiting for over a week with no air conditioning, the parts finally came in and they -- refused --- to get out to me promptly to repair my system. According to the owner -- Tammy -- they did not have time until the following week because of other mistakes with other customers. I would not recommend this company to anyone, they were unprofessional and made me feel as if my business was a burden. I had to take my service request elsewhere.

We had used this company through a home warranty claim. I always had to call the service number multiple times to follow up, and schedule and confirm appointments. The service contractor came out to the house, was very short and brief, seemed to be in a huge hurry, semi-fixed the problem and said he needed to do more research on our specific issue with the damper and he would get back with us for follow up. I paid the amount directed by the home warranty company. It's been a month with no call back, and absolutely no attempt to answer my direct phone calls. I have called the company and left multiple messages - not one was returned and the job is still half-done. I would never use them again.

The heating/air conditioning in one of our spare bedrooms is not working. There is no air flow coming out of the vent at all. The person that came to our house to check out the issue did absolutely nothing to diagnose the problem. He went down into the basement to look at the furnace and said it's set to the highest setting. Other than that and quot;there is nothing I can doand quot;. He said the room is the farthest point in the house and it's just a bad layout. Well, our master bedroom is just as far and gets airflow through the vents. At that point he suggested that I purchase a space heater and a window air conditioning unit to resolve the problem. I asked how he could diagnose the problem without checking out the duct work in the attic. He said the ducts could be the issue, but not likely. Really?! He didn't have a ladder so he said he would have his office schedule a follow up appointment where he would bring a ladder. It's been over a week and I haven't heard from them. The person that was sent to our house seemed like he was in a rush and did not want to do all of the steps required to provide a through diagnosis. He quickly jumped to and quot;there's nothing I can doand quot; which is ridiculous.

They were very professional. Excellent service and great pricing.

Overall: Technicians are friendly, and know what to look for to fix the issue. New A/C was installed successfully, and we're now in great shape. I plan to call them back for yearly maintenance on my furnace in a few weeks.
