A & G TREE SVC

They showed up promptly at the time they said they would. There were 4 men on the crew. When they cut the large branch from the tree it fell right on the neighbor's power and cable lines. It pulled them right off the power post and ripped them right off the house, leaving the neighbors with no power and AC. They called Com Ed but they were not sure when they could get out to the house as there was a storm in the area. The neighbors were worried about their food in the refrigerator so A and E brought in a small generator, however it only powered the refrigerator not any lights or AC. Juan of A and E said that the gas in the generator would run out around 10 PM that night and he wanted me to go over there and refill the generator. I told him that was not my responsibility and that they should send someone over to gas up the generator in the event Com Ed did not restore service. A and E did repair the siding that was pulled from the house and called the cable company to set up appointment to reconnect the cable. When the tree branch was dropped it hit the ground with such a large force that it knocked a large picture right off the wall and shattered all the glass. Com Ed did not come out until the next morning meaning our neighbors had no lights or AC for 17 hours. I had to spend about 4 hours with the neighbors and A and E trying to work thru all the problems. Although the power and cable lines and siding was ultimately fixed, A and E refused to make any kind of adjustment in the bill to accommodate us for all the problems and time we had to spend. They also refused to replace the glass from the picture that fell off the wall.

I contacted several places, receiving responses from done for the season to estimates of several hundred dollars. The estimates seemed outrageous to have someone come out and throw the pile into a chipper at curbside. This was a very small and easy job. Aand G called me back right away and came out the next day. Juan was very pleasant, removed the branches quickly and made sure he got all of them despite some fresh snow. The cost was extremely reasonable considering what was required. I will be contacting Aand G in the spring to come clean up the big stuff in my back yard

I have called several tree services only to be told I would have to wait weeks for a response. Aand G responded to my call within an hour. They came over two day later and we discussed what needed to be done and how much it would cost. I had one 40 foot tree between my house and next door. The tree was healthy but hitting the neighbors house and dropping branches and leaves in my gutters clogging the gutters. The tree in the back yard was damaged in the storm and had a 20 foot dead branch hanging over the neighbor's pool. There were several other broken branches. This tree was cleaned up not removed. In the front yard was a beautiful overgrown ornamental evergreen tree. I wanted to save the tree and have it shaped. After a long discussion I decided that the three was too overgrown and would never be as small as I needed it to be. I have several more areas of my yard that have been neglected by the previous owners and will gladly call Aand G back to do the work.

After waiting for an entire day on another company, I called Aand G Tree Service.Right from the start, Adrian was very responsive to my request and followed through on completing the job. Plus he was very friendly. :-) Adrian and his father came on time, did an excellent job and were very reasonably priced.I would highly recommend them.

They arrived early prepared to work. He began on the Maple trimming back some small and medium branches. He then moved on to the very large bi-trunked Ash. He worked carefully to take down the 60ft tree while maneuvering and controlling the descent of trunk pieces around a neighbors garage and two phone wires. After he took the Ash down to the ground I found him again in the Maple tree. From the height of the Ash he was able to see a branch he missed on the Maple and he returned to retrieve it. He then grounded down the Ash stump all the while his crew removed every piece of wood from both trees and while raking even cleaned up my leaves. Spending $1200.00 on trees is a crummy way to spend $1200.00 but Aand G made it ALMOST a pleasure:)
