I called this company about having some replacement trees planted after a storm took down a couple in our back yard. The person who answered the phone was very nice, but they couldn't schedule someone to come out and make an estimate for a few weeks. On the day of the estimate, the man showed up late, walked around and asked a few questions, but seemed annoyed that the job was fairly small and uncomplicated. He told me that he would go back to his office and call me with his estimate/bid. He never called back or had the decency to send a letter stating he was not interested in taking the job. After waiting for a week or so, we decided to just go with a different company.

They were slow at getting back to me for an estimate. When they finally did their estimate was a bit higher than others.

I was really disappointed with the work they did. They really did not live up to my expectations. They did not de weed my rock beds and I expected that to be done. They sprayed everywhere but did not do a thorough job with the de weeding. I really paid a lot of money for this service and was not happy. I had complained and they did send out people to do some more work for about half of a day. The total amount of time spent by their company was only like 10 total hours. This was a very intense project and they did not do a complete job. I would not use them again.

They did a very excellent job and were completely excellent. I would recommend them to others. They also do landscaping work. I spent about $1500 on that work. I liked pretty much everything about them. The man that came out and looked at the job was very polite and very professional. He listened to my questions and told me exactly what he was going to do and did it. He called me ahead of time and told me when he was going to come and came and I just liked everything about it. Everything was also cleaned up well.
