They were prompt, and friendly, but the ants are still there. We've tried contacting them to come back and you haven't anything back yet.

They are really good. They are very thorough. I have called them out once in a really wet year a couple of years ago when everything was so wet and ants came in the basement door. They came out, took care of those and we don't have anymore ants. We have got a pretty big sized house and I had them go down and do mailboxes too so we wouldn't have ants in our mail box. I have been using them maybe 4 years. He gets out here as quick as he can. He knows what we like. We are really thrilled with him and have recommended him to a lot other people. A fellow that my husband used to work with, he retired, used to work there and he recommended him. I already told them to come in September.

I've had a couple of dealings with them and it has been really good. The owner is Larry Helton. He was a very honest and easy guy to work with. I'll be using them again this summer.
