+ 0 moreIt all went well! Made a call and Bob Santarelli was here the next day. Had an estimate the following day. He met with me to help choose vanity, flooring, paint, etc. Workers took 3 1/2 days to accomplish job. They were extremely careful with everything and cleaned up well each day before leaving. They were very pleasant men who would check with me to see if work they had done was acceptable. I did not like the color of the paint I had chosen and they were helpful in bringing paint samples to the house to let me choose another color and re-painted it the following day. I recommend them highly and will certainly use their services when I begin updates to kitchen.
Description of Work: Bathroom floor needed partial replacing due to leaky toilet. Toilet had slowly leaked under flooring for some time and had rotted away a portion of it. Since everything needed to come out in order to replace flooring decided on a new vanity and mirror, towel bars and, of course, toilet. Walls were painted also.

Description of Work: The work was substandard. They made excuse after excuse. They then refused to finish the contract and are expecting me to pay anyway. When I refused until the contract was completed and the work done in a satisfactory manner, they took a mechanics lien on my house. I have to take them to court to have this fraudulent lien removed, because Illinois has no laws to protect the consumer from fraudulent mechanics liens.
