+ 0 moreIt went very well. I had U.S. Handyworks, inc. recently install new wiring, a switch, outlet, and a light in my 1895 Victorian style house. He had to open up the plaster wall to complete the work and then install sheetrock and prime the wall. I was very pleased with all the work. It was a relatively small job that provided a major improvement for my tenants and me. Thank you again. The new lighting system is great. I will have future work that I would certainly consider having U.S.Handyworks complete. His prices are fair and his work is excellent!

Description of Work: We've used him several times for various things around our home. He just came by to clean out our old shower and did some re-grouting. He also removed the child locks on our cabinets.

+ 5 moreThe kitchen cabinets- we moved into an older home that had only a few cabinets so he helped tear out the old ones and then put in all the new ones. He also helped us order new countertops and installed that for us. The plumbing- he put in a new sink for us. We also had our sewage back up and he helped rotor it and cleaned it all up for us. And even gave me a few helpful tips on how to help prevent it from happening and on how to keep the smell out. Drywall repair- our house is old, so some of the plaster has chipped. He helped by patching and painting it for us. He does it all!
Description of Work: Excellent work!! Roy put in all new kitchen cabinets in our house, upper and lower, and we love it! Totally transformed our kitchen and we get compliments on it all the time. He also has helped us with a few plumbing problems and each time the projects were done super efficiently and so quickly. He was in and out before we knew it! He's also done some drywall repair and some electrical work just as well as the other projects mentioned before. Great worker, highly recommended for any house work you may need!

Description of Work: While repainting the exterior of my home, I needed a carpenter to replace a couple exterior doors and fix a few other issues. Roy was on time and on budget. The work he did was of great quality. So good that I had him work on a screened in porch for me. Stephen built custom frames for the screens allowing for removal without having to remove the trim. He then replaced all the trim and even fixed a lose deck stair.

Description of Work: Roy installed crown molding in two rooms, built a custom oak box beam in breakfast room and installed new electrical outlets in the garage.
