Squeeky Clean Window Cleaning

We had already used Squeeky Clean just last week to clean our gutters, using a Groupon. I was favorably impressed with co-owner Najib's responsive communication (calling both the day before and day of to confirm arrival time) and how judicious he was in both his cleaning of the gutters and his reporting back to me about their condition. We agreed to have him return the following week for window cleaning. While we has here to clean the windows, we asked him to do a few other small projects, such as replacing lightbulbs in high places and repairing a shingle that he had noticed when he had been cleaning our gutters the week before. He was here for about six hours in a mid-40 degree day. Was cheerful, professional and respectful of our home. The work was well done and he also moved all furniture near the windows before and after he was done (other vendors I have hired refused to do this). He was extremely inexpensive - $240 for all of this work, so I gave him a nice tip. I would absoulutely use him again.
