Natural tree service

I had a 40 foot branch come down during a recent storm. They were able to come out the same day to remove it. A large crew got started right away, chainsaws in hand. They were very respectful and the foreman explained my options for the tree. I decided to just remove the branch for now, but may be calling them back to remove the entire tree and stump. The price was reasonable and I'm very pleased with their work.

Every step of the way was so detailed and precise. Both work with so much care and concentration as they were doing their own patio and retaining wall. I got Natural Tree lined-up with potential customer in the next 10 years. I'm very satisfied with the job done and I cannot ask for more. My neighbor contracted Natural Tree Service to remove a fallen tree. The majority of the work was on my property. The crew never asked permission or consulted with me before work began. They drove their bobcat on my property for multiple hours with no regard for damage. They did not use plywood or any other means to protect my property. They left ruts 6” deep for over 50 feet in length. When I saw the damage done I asked what they planned to do to repair the damage. They assured me prior to completion they would use their bobcat to fill in all of the ruts and relieved the area. They left without even making an attempt to repair the damage. To add insult to injury they removed the main trunk of the fallen tree but left all of the branches and debris piled on my property. I have never whitenesses such unprofessional work.

We love li and they did job well done. Definitely hiring them again for our next project

Company got hired based on estimate and when I asked fro availability I have been told sometime this week. One day I got text with question if I'M available today? I'm not a person who can be at home any time, since we all work long hours and I only have 1 day off.I scheduled for Monday waiting entire week not knowing what time is my appointment.Texted on Friday trying to figure out and I have been told it will be 7:30 am. On Sunday I got a text letting me know that they can't come in the morning and their sales person said they can come at 4 pm. I had to change all my appointments and NO ONE SHOWED UP!!! Texted them before 5 if they are coming and my text got ignored.Some lady called me around 6 pm letting me know that they were not able to come. I don't recommend this company since they don't know what customer service and communication with client is .
