These guys are great, friendly and thorough. They explained everything clearly and were a great help. They arrived on time and were clear on costs, which were fair. I will be using them again.

I submitted a bid online through this site at 5am and about 5 minutes later I received a call to set up an appointment. The tech was at our house at 7am and it was repaired in 30 minutes. Great work.

After reviewing the reviews on this site, I called two of the preferred contractors and G&R called right back (in the evening) and we made an appointment for noon the next day as my A/C was not working at all. I chose not to pay the off hours rates. I got a call at 11 saying that he would be later and he arrived by 3 which is what he had said. He quickly identified a bad blower motor and was able to determine that it was under warranty and he was able to pick up and install the new one within another hour. He quickly installed it, checked my freon level and the A/C was on by 5. He did a great, quick job and saved me hundreds by getting a warranty replacement part (I didn't know it was under warranty). I would use them again and highly recommend them.

G&R fixed our central air unit quickly and efficiently for a fair price. Highly recommended.

I called to set up appointment for cleaning and testing my air conditioner. The appointment was for several days later as my unit was working and this was not for repair.The day of the appointment the time came and went and I did not hear from anyone. Finally an hour after the appointed time I called and Greg answered and said he was running late. He finally came 2 hour's later than scheduled. He was polite and serviced my air conditioners. Payment was what was stated on the phone when I called to set up appointment. It would have been nice if someone had called me that he was running late

I was contacted immediately after getting off of Home Advisor, and he was out right after Memorial Weekend. He saw the issue we had discussed and topped off the system and it is working again. Fast, clean, knowledgeable....Great Job!!!

We called G & R out to perform maintenance on our air conditioner. They arrived on time, and were courteous and respectful. They seemed very knowledgeable on the condition of our air conditioner, but at no point did I ever feel like they were trying to sell me something I didn't need. Their price was very reasonable as well. Will do business with them again.

I would not be hiring them again unit did not work had to hire another contractor.
