Was given a time slot of 9-11am for a new installation. Technician did not arrive until 630pm. Missing part so work did not finish until 5pm the following day. The technicians was outstanding and knowledgeable but the company seems to be over-scheduling their work.

Showed up on time, fast and professional.

This company had me wait 6 hours at my home and NEVER called to keep me posted etc.... the tenants still needed the service but that is so unprofessional and the person I spoke to stated that is what happens! That was it!

On-time, even ahead-of-schedule service: called in AM and had service the same day (1 day before a major holiday) by 11:00 AM! Brett took the time to explain the options and approximate costs associated with AC repair. THANK YOU!!

Ac not blowing cold air. I called GandR and was told they would come out the following day and the service fee was $95. The technician came out, Cleaned out filter. Told me he fixed the problem. I was skeptical. 3 hours later it s 85 degrees in my house. Call G&R back and they told me that they only fixed half my problem. They would need to return the following day and it would be another $95 service fee. Seriously? Don t waste your time.

I would highly recommend this company and their tech, Brett. I called on a Sunday evening for service and had an appointment for noon the following day. The tech sent a message that he was on his way and arrived about 10 am. I found him to be very honest and professional. I would call again and request him for service.

The repair was fast; customer service was good. I was told the appointment would be between 1-3pm. They came around 5p. Not happy with waiting around a bit but they were busy and they still fit me in their schedule after hours. I also did not price compare so am unsure if it was a good value for the money. Just happy they fixed it within 1-2 days of me contacting them.

Would highly recommend this company, tech, Brett, was knowledgeable and professional, this will definitely be the company I call again if needed.

I would give this tech , Brett, 10 stars if I could! Had 2 other companies out in the last 7 months, finally a very competent tech. Would gladly recommend him, and will definitely use this company again.

Technician was very knowledgeable and very friendly! Would highly recommend.

My repair ended up being very simple and quick but I appreciate G&R contacting me almost immediately and getting the job done within a few hours after contact. I also got some sound advice on how to keep my A/C system properly maintained. Definitely will call them again if needed.

Rob Tavolacci was a great tech. Quick, clean, and very knowledgeable. Recommend highly.

The tech was professional and knowledgeable, did a good job. My only complaint is that I was inundated with confirmations and appointment reminders.

He came the same day, within a couple of hours that I called for service. It didn't take long for him to find the problem and fix it. I am happy with the service, and I would call them again if needed.

Technician was great very polite and very thorough did everything correctly and very quickly as well . I was completely satisfied with his work performance. And I recomend this company to everyone I've been with them for years! All I have ever heard was great things!

I was impressed with her friendliness and efficiency as well. In every way, I would rate my experience a 5.0.

He said they were polite and friendly but rather expensive. I used to work in this field and now what the cost should be. I would recommend them based on service and performance but I felt the cost was disproportionate.
