The contractor tried to charge me $270 for a part that is sold less than $10 even though I agreed to pay $135 for the diagnosis and other fees (after hours service call). I confronted the technician and he told me that there is no way, he will wait for me to go get the part at Home Depot...he will rather sell their part to me. This is a serious ripoff and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR TO ANYONE ELSE. In addition the guy who came to service my a/c was not courteous and thought I was naive.

The installer that was sent to my home was very professional showed up on time explain the situation clearly and repair the problem I highly recommend this company extremely professional and very well ran business they even sent a text photograph of the person that was going to show up to my home Wow that’s very innovative and very forward thinking
