Made two appointments and they could not make any of them. Took off work waiting and lost money waiting on them

I used them to install a new furnace, new central air unit. They have done a great job. Also have them to check furnace for the winter and I am having them come out next week to clean my air ducts. I highly recommend them, Excellent service, very professional staff.

I recently purchased this home and had no idea who to turn too. So, I let home advisor recommend me some pro's. Well, G&R was the first one to call me and I gave him my availability to have the furnace winterized for the upcoming cold weather. I was very pleased with his service and explanation of how to keep the furnace in full functioning order. I will be calling him in the spring for a service call for my air conditioning. Once the technician arrived he was professional, he explained thoroughly the problem and how he was repairing it. He also worked fast and stayed to make sure the furnace ran well

Tim did a fantastic job with our annual maintenance. He was professional and personable. Tim fully explained processes and answered all my questions in terms even a layman like me could understand. He's a great representative for G&R! I would highly recommend G&R to anyone looking for a good company to service their HVAC needs.

My serviceman Tim, was very Professional and Friendly. He explained what his tools did and why he used them. He arrived on time and completed the job in a reasonable timeframe. I would highly recommend him.

Jake was incredible technician. He introduced himself, explained what he was going to do, then followed through with his plan. As he moved from the inside to the outside, he kept us updated as to what he was doing. After he completely the job, he told us what he had done, why he had done it and what we should look for in the future. We were so impressed with our experience with this fine, dependable and efficient employee. Your company is lucky to have him as a technician.

The service technician was very friendly and on time. He took the time to explain what my furnace needed, and parts that were recommended. Best in town by far.
