Prevent maintenance checkup

G&R is very professional when it concerns the Heating & Air Conditioning. My air went out and I called and they were here within 2 hours with a new motor that I needed. Originally I requested replacement of duct work system and gave me the impression that they would do this kind of work because they sent someone to inspect and estimate. After 2 days of not hearing from them. I called to inquire about the follow up, and I was told they were not equipped to handle the ducts under my manufactured home.

My air conditioner had been checked by another company and they missed this. Then the other company was unwilling to make an emergency call on a Sunday night to fix my unit when it went out (again). Alan from G&R Heating and Air came out on Sunday night and repaired my unit for a very fair price. I was beginning to feel sick from the heat, so it felt like G&R saved my life!!!!!

I called another business and they never called me back. I called this business and within maybe an hour they had a technician out and my central air was fixed.

Tim and his team are everything you would want from a vendor. They were unable to enter the house due to Covid quarantine, but were able to gather information remotely and determine the repair would be to external systems. When they encountered issues they did not give up, but again walked us through internal troubleshooting. They found the issue and were able to address it. Very happy to have our AC working again.

John the Technician was very professional and even up sold me a maintenance contract. I would recommend this company to whoever ask me for Air Cond problems. Very fast and very reasonable.

they were scheduled between 4pm and 6pm. Got a phone call at 7pm and they were over an hour away from this home, putting them on site at 8pm to 8:30pm - it is dark by 9pm here I will never use HomeAdvisor again
