The upcharge on the replacement capacitor was outrageous. But it was a quick response when needed and the service tech was very nice.

The technician came out after 11 pm when other companies could not until the next morning. Mr. Meriweather, was very courteous, and fast with the repair. I will definitely call G & R in the future for any heating and air conditioning needs.
