This outfit has a great customer care department, kept us up to date on the arrival times of their crew and even answered the phone after hours with a live agent when I needed to ask a few questions on a follow up call. Delano was great with the diagnosis of a clogged condensation drain line and went the extra mile to make sure everything was functioning properly before he left to his next call. Joe and Mike were professional, courteous and did a great job with the installation. I liked these guys so much that I signed on to their service plan, something I'd never done before with any other contractors.
