did not trouble shoot....just wanted to sell a new unit.....over charged on repair......repair did not fix the problem.

The technicians were greatâ timely and professional. They showed up at the designated time and did a great job.

Awful. And do not believe the online recommendations. G and R Heating and Air pays customers to write 5-star reviews. Their communication is terrible. When my AC broke down, I must have spoken with every person in the company before I got my AC reinstalled and charged. And when I spoke with the men in the company, I received high-pressure sales techniques and lame excuses for insulting me at every turn; e.g., saying that I had the wrong filter size when the filter size was correct for the furnace before they arrived and they changed the filter size during the installation. Overall, the experience was awful and I will make sure to get someone else in the future.

Good service, on time

My overall experience was ok. I was told my pilot light in my furnace wasn't working. Pilot light was replaced but still having issues due the pilot light will not light up when furnace is turned on. I do know I need to replace my furnace towards the before the weather turns cold.

Good service. Had to reschedule due to truck problems. Service was quick, but communication and diagnosis was a little limited.

we had yearly maintenance , then the compressor went..so we are getting a new unit.. Which was probably time. They returned right away and will be getting. Thank You.

John Demartino promptly responded to the emergency call on a Sunday night. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and devised a short-term solution. He did not have the replacement parts necessary for a permanent repair, but he explained what was needed so that it could be ordered.

John was very professional and thorough, will use AAA as my regular service provider.

I had John today as my technician and I couldn't be happier. The company sent me a text with his picture letting me know he was on his way. He explained all my options thoroughly, I did not feel pressured and I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

The tech was on time, cleaned up when he was finished, answered my questions and offered some advice on how to get the most out of my HVAC.

My furnace died Sat night. I jumped on Home Advisor and called G&R Heating and another service. G&R called back within the hour, had a repairman out who confirmed my guess that it wasn't a new thermostat that my furnace needed. So, he gave me 2 estimates, best and better. Due to finances I chose the better.. They were out Monday morning at 9:01. I had asked for between 9-Noon. Took most of the day but they put in a new furnace and properly installed the new thermostat and we are now warm. They were great workers: cleaned up their mess and carried out the old furnace and were very polite and conscientious. Great people!!

We called them on Saturday evening, and John promptly came out. All John wanted to do is install a completely new unit even though ours is only 7 years old. We currently have another company out there right now using dye to find the leak and then put the coolant in there. Hoping this will work, but, at least they are trying and not just selling a unit. I would never recommend this company and if John comes, run away, they are just trying to rip people off. It gives AC companies a bad name.

Adam arrived, on schedule, to evaluate and correct a deficiency in water flow through a humidifier. It took him less than 10 minutes to correct the problem.
