Fantastic company. Tech takes time to do routine maintenance properly. I use this company whenever I have HVAC issues.

Technician tried his best to upsell me. Told me I needed to spend over $300 on a new thermostat when my current one was just out of batteries. The experience was straight up uncomfortable and I had to chase down the company for a response to my formal complaint. Wouldn't risk it again.

Tech Brent King is superb. Knows his craft. G&R will do well to retain him. I want him next time my HVAC system needs any work.

The G&R Team were very professional and caring regarding my HVAC services! I highly recommend this company and would definitely use their services again!

Replaced the capacitor and asked for it to be cleaned and the coolant checked. Never cleaned where the new capacitor is now as I did that myself. The capacitor was replaced and the outside was cleaned. Refrigerant was not checked as I asked and I paid over 400 dollars for a 150-dollar capacitor as I was charged 100 to come out but usually, that goes toward the repair. I am glad they came out the next day and did fix my unit without having to replace it.

Adam and Brent were on time and friendly. They worked hard to get the replacement of my furnace and air conditioner done quickly and as quietly as possible! Great customer service, very happy with the job they did!

I received a text and phone call within minutes. The phone call helped give me a temp diagnosis that facilitated the repairs later the same day. Both technicians knew their stuff, were customer service friendly, helpful, and fixed the issue. I would recommend and definitely contact them again for future needs.

I can't say enough great things about our tech Rob! Oftentimes when you have an annual HVAC check it can be somewhat cursory. But Rob was incredibly thorough in his review of our systems. And he spent the time to help educate me on our system and provided great recommendations for the future. I was very impressed with Rob's genuine desire to insure we had the safest and most efficient system for our home. We've always had good experiences with G&R but Rob was outstanding. Great job!

Dependable, on-time! Love the notifications that the tech is on their way. Techs are experienced and knowledgeable.

Twice a year, we count on the friendly professionals at G & R Heating and Air to give our furnace and AC regular maintenance. We are part of their "membership" program, which I highly recommend. In addition to HVAC, G & R also do sump pump maintenance. They were honest with me about my sump pump being a little long in the tooth and a risk to not replace. I trust them, as should you. Highly recommend this company.
