Just had Dish Network installed by Colorvision, which was recommended by a neighbor. It takes a lot to impress me and I must say Ron, the owner, did just that. I'm truly blown away by his responsiveness, not to mention DEEP expertise. After a very frustrating experience with ATT, it was a welcome relief! Knowing I had been without Internet and TV for over a week, Ron was able to get me hooked up with internet next day, even though it was a busy holiday week. He explained all the options for Dish and helped guide us to the package that would work best for our needs and budget. Ron and his assistant professionally installed the system and showed us how to use the key features. When I realized that I had made a mistake in ordering what I wanted, Ron helped me rectify and went above and beyond to update my installation. Wow! I should also mention that Ron made himself available after hours to answer questions and ensure that we got the fastest install possible. He also answered calls/texts and emails within minutes. I still need time to evaluate Dish, but I can enthusiastically recommend Ron and Colorvision. You will not find better customer service elsewhere!

Extremely well. TV Ron is quite proactive in responding to you and a pleasure to deal with, often on site quite a bit. Ron deals with the Elgin school system quite a bit so he is extremely familiar with the lay of the land and how it affects television reception in this area. One of the most knowledgeable people I know about this stuff and well worth the money spent. Highly recommended.
