Description of Work: LD Cleaning provides house-cleaning and 85% of the time the service is excellent. However, we do not get the same cleaning crew every time and on occasion, this leads to some areas of the house not being cleaned to the usual standards. Other than that, we find their work to be very good quality, reliable, and reasonably priced.

Description of Work: Dusted, vacuumed, cleaned microwave, dusted some in the basement. Someone else did windows so they didn't do those. They wiped up the kitchen and bathrooms. I didn't see anything else.

Description of Work: The crew was on time and pleasant. After they left I noticed that they missed a few things. I called the owner Lori, and she and her crew were her within 1/2 hour. I told her the items that were missed and she and her crew went above and beyond and cleaned my home beautifully. I look forward to seeing them again in 2 weeks.

Description of Work: I had been having a hard time finding good cleaning people, until I hooked up with Lori and her crew. They have only been cleaning for me for 4 weeks but what they have done so far has been awesome. My house has never been so clean. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: General housecleaning. I was very pleased overall. I've never hired housecleaning before. It was a little more expensive than what I had in mind, but location will dictate that. I still think it was worth it. I would prefer they provided the supplies; would help me feel the cost was not as high, but it's not unusual from my research that housecleaners use the customer's supplies. The owner said that if I have any special requests, just to leave them notes, etc. and we'd get into a good groove. The owner did indicate they would leave me a list of all the things they did, and I didn't see a list. I would like it, though. So will leave them a note. They come again tomorrow. They were very thorough.

Description of Work: LD Cleaning was called to clean and prepare our house for our annual Christmas party. In addition, we've had construction in a room where there are eight sliding glass doors that needed to be cleaned, so I asked for an extra person to do those if they felt it necessary. I wasn't home to verify everything they did, but my wife's comments in the evening after she came home from work said it all. She was very pleased that all that cleaning had been taken off her list. The sliding glass doors look great, and the main entry doors to the house do too, which LD Cleaning said they'd do anyway without a special order. The house smells faintly of cleaner. Floors and surfaces are all cleaned and dusted. Carpets were vacuumed into the corners and small furniture was moved to vacuum under those. We have two large dogs, both over 50 lbs. The crew worked around the dogs and were comfortable with that. Before LD we had cleaned up most of the construction dirt near one end of the house. After their work we saw how much we had missed, that adjacent room now looks great! Phone coordination / scheduling was easy. I made about five calls to ask about details prior to the cleaning. All were answered quickly and to my satisfaction. Bottom line: a 2,900 sq ft home was cleaned in under four hours for about $200 by a crew of four or five women, including the special order of doing the sliding glass doors and the sun room.

Description of Work: Lorrie & her staff are wonderful! They are always on time & always do a great job cleaning. I have referred LD cleaning service to other people who also think they are great! I am so glad I found her on Angies List! I would highly recommend LD Cleaning Service to anyone who is looking for reliable, safe & excellent house cleaning.
