They advertised before and after video images from a camera moving through the duct. There was NO video. Pictures with a phone only from the mouth of the duct is not the same.

Doug and his assistant (don't remember his name) were very professional. They were nice to my "scaredy" dog too. They showed me the before and after pictures of my duct work when they were done and it was the difference between night and day.

The experience with ATC was great in all aspects. They were professional from start to finish. The final bill was exactly what was quoted. They went out of their way to work with our schedule. I would highly recommend them.

The salesman Tom was friendly, thorough and professional. He found that our bathrooms were vented directly into the attic, so his team corrected that issue. They were polite and cleaned up after they finished. The new insulation has made our house more comfortable, and we hear a lot less outside noises.

Very good job! Much cheaper than other companies. Made an appt but the tech called in sick that day. Had to reschedule for a week later and because I took the day off work, they gave me a 15% discount on the job!

Deputy Duct did a great job at my daughter's house. They were on time and cleaned up after ducts were cleaned. They spent 8 1/2 hours there because there were wires and lots of pet hair in ducts. They came back later to do the dryer vents and could not find the exhaust. I was given a refund and they spent about 45 minutes crawling in dirty small spaces trying to locate the exit. I was very pleased with Doug and the assistant. They didn't stop until they were satisfied the ducts were clean.

Very thorough. Answered all questions and showed me how things were done since I was not familiar with duct cleaning. Very pleased with Deputy Duct and highly recommend them.
