Had a line blockage in the middle of February which created a backup in the basement and inability to use water or facilities. Quote and response was quick with a package cost for services. Had to reschedule due to an emergency on his side. However, once the initial dig repair was completed and we paid for the entire invoice, he never came back again to finish the camera and drawing portion of the job. Cashed check immediately. Reached out twice in March and again in April with a promise from him to schedule the rest of services. Have not heard from him since and its now July. He stated the hand shake honor system. Seemed like a nice guy, just didn't complete the job we paid for. Would not recommend.

I liked that he is training his sons to work in the business. The son was very helpful and respectful.

Install cost was high but had to be done, my other pump failed.

On a very rainy, stormy day, this father and son duo made time to get to my home and resolve a clogged drain problem. They were very professional and down to Earth in pricing. I love suppoting local businesses and I want to say thanks again for the quick, professional job.

Mike did a great job with replacing my ejector pump and removing my garbage disposal. He showed up on time and completed the work with no interruption to my day. He even came out on a Sunday to estimate the work and was reasonable on cost. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Mike and his son arrived right at 8 am. He was totally responsive to my repair of the sump pump situation. He replaced the 11 year old pump without any problem. It took him only 40 minutes. He also helped me with a hose nosel which was stuck on the hose. He fixed it quickly and did not charge me anything. I will definitely be using him again and already gave his name out to neighbors.

Mike arrived right on time, told me exactly what he needed to do and gave me an estimate before doing any work. Then he went right to work and got all the repairs done quickly. We had an issue with a clog in our mainline that caused significant water damage in our laundry room and adjacent bathroom. Mike responded quickly to our inquiry here. He arrived when promised, completed the job quickly, and did it for a price that was nearly half of what we were quoted from other companies. His son even went the extra step of installing a plug in that drain (at no extra charge) so that if the line ever clogs again, any water and/or sewage would come up through a toilet or bathtub, minimizing the risk of extensive damage. We were provided excellent service and would highly recommend Wagner & Sons to anyone.

Replaced ejector pump. Mike called prior to arrival and was here when he said he would be. Had materials with him and completed the work in a timely manner. Workmanship was very good. We will definitely use his services in the future.
