I hired a different company that cleans drains first. They were supposed to be at my house between 8 and 10, then never showed up. W&S was at my house promptly after my phone call. It took less than 20 minutes to fix. There was a mess for us to clean up, but it couldn't be helped and the drain is working perfectly now. I would hire again.

Came on time. I had the brand new ejector pump ready for them to replace. They finished work cleanly in less than 30 min. I had purchased a pump with higher HP than I should have that causes the pipe to move about given the flex near the check valve. Would given them 5 stars if they had added value as an experienced plumber in telling me that the rating on the new pump was high for my house. I may have even purchased a lower HP pump from them. Anyway, no issues.
