Mike called right away, set up the appointment. And, came on the same day. Upon arriving he looked at the situation, explained what he would do for me and installed the sump pump very quickly and efficiently. WOW, = the pump did it start pumping the water continuously for an hour and then less and less. My basement is already dry from the installation yesterday. The family business also offers discounts to Seniors and Vets. Every little bit helps. I would definitely hire them again.

Mike was quick to respond, prompt in scheduling and immediately took care of the problem. We need 2 sump pumps replaced which he did with a better quality sump pump. He was knowledgeable explaining exactly what we needed. Although, it was expensive the quality and service are worth it.

Mike was courteous, professional, efficient, clean, and did an excellent job in removing two old sump pumps and replacing them with a new, more powerful one that is also quieter. We have a battery back-up so we did not need a new second pump. I completely recommend Wagner and Sons.

Quoted a price of 225.00 before looking at the drain with no guarantee of results. Worked a half hour with snake and didn t find obstruction. Suggested breaking up basement floor and re-routing drain for 2500.00

Shortly after we purchased our house we found out that the sewer line going from our house to the street was completely disintegrated. We contacted several plumbers and were horrified at the quotes. One place quoted us $15,000! The owner, Mike came out on a holiday weekend and gave us a quote that was 1/3 of the price. They came out 2 days later, did the job in one day, and did a great job. My only complaint was that they left the yard kind of a mess. The concrete slabs were left piled against the house, and they didn't mark where they capped off the electric going to the lamp post. However considering they were $10,000 cheaper then the other quote how and quick and efficient they were it was totally worth it!

Even though it was on a little expensive side, he was prompt and did a very good job

responded quickly even though i didn't have a emergency. had to put a sump pump in ,and the work was done fast , and neatly. Very friendly, polite. Professionally done. Now i have someone to call when i need something done in the future that i feel i can trust.

Very honest from the start. Instead of just roto rooting our pipe and charging us for it because our kitchen drain was completely cloged all the way threw, they replaced the pipe and fixed the problem that could have been a lot more expensive if we kept calling the prior company that we used that could not be honest about the issue. Michael, The owner, is also going to help us with an ongoing flood problem with our basement that's been a nightmare to deal with. I highly recommend this company due to so much knowledge and experience in this area.
