Mike was early to appointment and easy to talk to he listen to my suggestions and we decided on a plan of action to reroute a sink drain that ran under my 100+ yr old house instead of tearing up the concrete. He and Eric came out on day that worked for both of us arrived early and jumped right into it and it was done quick and well with no mess left behind. I have found my go to guy for plumbing no more wondering who to call that I can trust. I feel good about the work and know my problem is has been permanently fixed.

It was good but exspensive

Mike is a great professional to work with, knowledgeable and can communicate what he knows AND is sympathetic to the client's financial situation (this is NOT an inexpensive repair) As an added bonus, he recommended someone he knew to do my badly needed roof repair - who was also a great professional. I am an over 65 single woman and I would suggest Wagoner & Sons to anyone for any large or small job.

Mike, the owner of Wagner Plumbing, called me back almost immediately after I sent the Home Advisor inquiry. He stopped by the next morning and tried to clear the drain in the bathtub with a power plunger which helped slightly, but still drained slowly. My home's 67 year old trap was frozen in place and Mike explained the only alternative would be to cut it out and replace that section of pipe. We set up an appt for the following week when his helper was available. It took Mike and Eric less than 2 hours to make the repair and it now drains perfectly. It was a messy job, but they tarped the area and cleaned up afterwards. I had another plumber quote the same job for almost twice the price. I'm very satisfied, so Mike is now my Go To plumber. If fact, I asked him to give me a quote for installing a sink and toilet in the basement. Call Mike - you won't be sorry.

I went on line late at night to find a plumber, Mike called first thing in the morning, was there that afternoon. I was able to contact him immediately. He was efficient, courteous, clean, and even gave us some tips to hopefully eliminate this problem in the future. However, if I need a plumber in the future, I wil call Wagner & Sons.

Mike and his son got there on Saturday, and while my issue turned out to be small, they were efficient, clean, and had it working in no time. Could not be more pleased, and would 100% recommend them to anyone needing a plumber (actually just did to someone in Carol Stream haha). Only note - make sure you have cash! They don't take credit cards, and if the son isn't there, they can't do Zelle. Fortunately, we Zelle'd it and all is good :o) Great service - friendly, professional, efficient, effective - couldn't ask for more in a plumber!
