My bathroom furthest away from the water supply began to have really low pressure and the faucet handles were really hard to turn on and off. I was convinced that my water soften had given up on me. Before I replaced it, my wife insisted I have someone take a look at it. I called Quality Plumbing and Maintenance to come out and take a look. After he checked the softer and bathroom he advised me that although the softener could use a cleaning and maintenance that is was not my problem. In a nice way he told me that I had not kept up with the softener and as a result, I have a build up in the bathroom fixtures. He was right; I have neglected the softener and this is also the reason I thought I had to replace it. QP&M saved me a ton of money. He told me how to get the softer back in good running order and replaced the bathroom fixtures. Replacing the fixtures involved replacing water lines because they were just too far gone to be reused. After seeing them it is no wonder I didn't have a flooded basement. Great service... very happy!
