Dries Pools is such a great company to work with. The owners and employees were very professional & knowledgeable. They walked us through the process from start to finish. They work fast and do an excellent job. We had a storm come through and had some damage done to the pool and they were back with their crew first thing in the morning to fix everything. Customer service is top notch. Thank you!!!

It's unfortunate that there are not more reviews on Angie's List for Dries Pools. Steve Dries came the very next day that I called to take measurements and provide an estimate. They not only made accommodations for date of the installation, they were prompt and had my semi in-ground pool installed the same day. I chose Dries because they are recommended by one of the largest pool dealers in the country and they have installed literally hundreds of pools in the area. After watching the installation by Steve and his team, I think it would be risky using anyone else for such an important installation.

We bought a wonderful pool and contacted a "professional" pool installation company to install the pool. Dries, Inc - everywhere you look it states professional pool installation. They are anything but that. Not only did they promise a great install but they also promised to level out our not so level backyard. WOW! What we were left with were pits and mounds of unusable clay. An exciting event turned into a nightmare! Not only was our backyard completely and utterly destroyed, the fire pit area was demolished and to top it off, the "professionals" that we hired also went onto our neighbors property and damaged a portion of their yard as well. When we confronted the owner of the company his response was that they are not responsible for damage to the lawn due to installation. In my opinion there is damage and there is irresponsible, careless destruction. The pictures show how excessive the damage was. We have been contacting landscapers to come in to assess the damage. We now need a service to come in and remove the clay, put down top soil and seed. Not only will this cost us thousands of dollars ($3k - $4k) but we are stuck with our yard looking like this for a month because everyone is booked up with other projects. Be warned, his contract covers his mistakes from start to finish. He is not responsible for any damage that he may cause and he also does not cover legal fees if sued - that is all left up to the consumer.
