 + -1 moreThey take your money for the estimate and then they pick and choose what they want to do. They should not charge an estimate for work they dont want to do. Both my father and I (at different visits) wanted to have work done. They took the money for the initial visit and then never returned calls to set up the appointment to do the work. We feel they make their money by advertising and getting people in and charging for the initial visit and then never actually have to do any work!
Description of Work: I wanted an eyelid lift, on another visit my father wanted a growth removed

 + -1 moreI wasn't happy with it. It could have been better, they could have done a better job. Like when you come out of the anesthesia they send you home right away, they don't wait for the anesthesia to wear off, I didn't think that was very professional. The job they did just wasn't perfect like it should have been. The office personnel were nice, but they are always trying to get you to buy their products which are way over priced. Their pricing was kind of wishy washy because they would give you deals, but it wasn't deals. It was the same price anybody else was charging. The actual procedure, I had some eye surgery done wasn't the greatest. I wouldn't recommend them for cosmetic surgery I would actually go somewhere else next time.

 + -1 moreMy appointment with Dr. Hein felt somewhat rushed. She carried on with small talk even though I had unanswered questions about the surgery. I have had a consulation with another doctor and I've noticed a lot of differences between the two. The first women identified the scar left from my belly button ring, measured my breasts, and gave me very detailed information about how she would conduct the surgery. Dr. Hein didn't do this. She was a very pleasant women but I am not confident enough in her abilities to choose her as my surgeon.
Description of Work: I made an appointment for a breast reduction consultation.

Description of Work: This was my first ever derma filler treatment at age 56. I don't know if my expectations were unreasonable at this point or if things weren't explained as well as they should have been. I feel like I took $900 and threw it out the window. My friend and I were looking for a boost at this point in our lives and both of us came away disappointed. Barb is very nice, but I don't think I look any better than I did going in to this. There also was no patient satisfaction follow up.
