+ -1 moreJIM HAS DONE A LOT IN MY HOME. HE IS THE ONLY PERSON I ALLOW TO WORK IN MY HOME WHEN I'M NOT THERE. THERE ARE NO SURPRISES WITH JIM THORN, FROM TRI STAR. HE SHOWS UP ON TIME, DOES A GREAT JOB, GIVES ME ALTERNATIVE IDEAS (INCLUDING MONEY-SAVING IDEAS), AND CLEANS UP BEFORE LEAVING. THERE HAVE BEEN TIMES WHEN I HAVE LEFT A PHONE MESSAGE ON HIS VOICEMAIL ON THE WEEKEND, EXPECTING A CALL BACK ON MONDAY, AND SOMETIMES HE RETURNS THE CALL ON THE WEEKEND. HE AND HIS WIFE HAVE OWNED THIS BUSINESS FOR MANY YEARS.
Description of Work: JIM THORN FROM TRI STAR HAS DONE REPAIR WORK AND INSTALLATION WORK, FOR ME, FOR ALMOST 20 YEARS. FROM PLUMBING, TO GAS LINES, TO HANGING A DRAPERY ROD, TO INSTALLING A DISPOSAL, TO ELECTRICAL WORK.
