Sales guy was too busy telling me how expensive the pergola project would cost. He never asked me if I wanted to proceed with the project so I?m choosing another company. Also, he was 45 minutes late for the appointment.

We are so glad to do business second time after couple years ago for our security outside window shutters and this year for metal carport build . We would definitely recommend the company for very good ,down to earth business and we have a good chance to make our plan come true because of the reason price of the metal carport installation . We are very happy., our car would have a roof to cover during the winter time.

Our experience was one of no pressure, we had a patio roof built from scratch. The whole project took about four weeks from my first phone call until the job was complete. We only wish we had done this years ago. Thanks too all.

We dealt with Cardiff through QCI (the contractor) so we did not have contact with customer service at Cardiff. The people that did the work did a nice job and were polite. The overall rating may seem low but that has to do with the customer service part. We are happy with the quality of the product installed. Thanks

George was very helpful in defining our anticipate project. It was a very complicated installation and required special involvement from the factory to determine if it could be done at all. George coordinated this effort and came up with a realistic quote. However, we were unable to go forward with the projecy=t for financial reasons. Very professional

I was very pleased with the person who came out to do the estimating and sell us the awning. The awning itself is very nice. The only complaint I have is that I wish they took as much care with the transportation and installion of the awning as they did with making the awning. I had to contact company regarding some adjustments and they responded fairly quickly, however, they avoided answering some of the stickier questions I asked them.

Service was right on. Sales rep called and informed me of sale on canopie after I received quote. Installers came, installed, and everything went smoothly.
