PLASS APPLIANCE & FURNITURE

This is our 2nd appliance purchase from Plass Appliances. A washer and dryer was the first. That was such a possitive experience we went back to Plass for a kitchen range. Our sales lady, Tammy, who we used the first time was at a different Plass store. We located her and purchased the range through her. We went to Tammy because of the possitive experience we had with her the first time. She will spend the extra time to locate the product that fits our needs. She presents all the options and never tried to direct us to one product over another. She searched to find the lowest price possible. The two delivery men called in advance with an estimated arrival time. They were polite, professional and extra cautious when removing the old unit and installing the new unit As we read through the directions for the range certain sections were confussing. I called the manufacture on the instructions sheet and he clarified what we didn't understand. We are very pleased with the quality of the products, the sales reps, the delivery people and the product reps.

I had gone to a few other appliance stores. The gentleman at Lowes was extremely helpful, but the model I wanted had to be special ordered and it would have taken several weeks. My old dishwasher was broken. I had all of the estimates in hand and went to Plass Appliance where I had also purchased my side-by-side refrigerator 3 years prior. I gave them the estimates and then mentioned that one place offered free delivery and another offered free installation. They beat the price and then gave me free delivery AND free installation. Doug Womack was my sales person. Haul away of old dishwasher was included too, at no charge. I love my new dishwasher, though I need to call to have them look at why not all food is removed from plates when cycle is finished. (only happened twice on two plates, but my old dishwasher from same maker of Kitchen Aid, never left any food).

THE SALESMAN WAS VERY FREINDLY AND ALLOWED US TO LOOK AND ASK A LOT QUESTIONS BEFORE WE MADE ANY DECISIONS. WE EVEN MADE FOUR OR FIVE TRIPS TO THE SHOW ROOM TO DISCUSS THE PRODUCTS AVAILABLE AND OUR OPTIONS. THE SALESMAN TRIED HIS BEST TO ACCOMMODATE US EVERY TIME WE CAME IN WITH QUESTIONS, EVEN THOUGH HE HAD OTHER CUSTOMERS HE WAS TRYING TO ASSIST IN THEIR SELECTION. THE PRICES WERE REASONABLE WHEN COMPARED WITH A HOME IMPROVEMENT STORE OR OTHER APPLIANCE DEALER IN THE AREA. WE DECIDED TO PURCHASE FROM PLASS DUE TO THE SERVICE WE WOULD RECEIVE AFTER THE PRODUCTS WERE PURCHASED AND INSTALLED. WE CONSIDERED AN INTERNET PURCHASE, BUT HAD BEEN INFORMED THAT SERVICE BECOMES A PROBLEM IF ANYTHING IS WRONG AND THE PRICES ON EACH APPLIANCE WERE WITHIN $50 OF THE BEST INTERNET PRICES.

ORDERED A FREEZER ON MONDAY AND WAS TOLD DELIVERY WOULD BE FRIDAY. I CALLED FRIDAY AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE IN THE WAREHOUSE ON MONDAY. I CALLED MONDAY AND WAS TOLD THE SALESMAN WOULD CALL TUESDAY. HE NEVER DID AND I CANCELED THE ORDER.
